If a child was tied to a pole, what would you do? On ABC New "What Would You Do?" they recreated an event mother dragged her leashed toddler on the floor through a store in Georgia, created an uproar when it was posted on the internet and tied her to a pole, child actresses played as little kids whose parents tied to a pole. Shockingly what would people did was gawked at them, but walked away. Another man to out his phone and took a picture, when asked why he didn't do anything, he simply said "It's not my place, it's not my business." A woman, who will remain unnamed, walked by the "mother" of the child, told her that they were "so unruly". The woman just replied "I've never seen anybody tie up children like dogs" before she continued on her way.

Analysis:
I see no problem with a child on a leash, I do, however see a problem when a parent attaches their child attached to a pole like some kind of dog! There's a difference between making sure you're child doesn't get lost and run in the street and tie them to something to you can shop alone. If I were to be on the show, "What Would You Do?" I would think I would march right up to that woman and tell her off. No, I'm not a mother, but I have helped raise 5 kids, and I know how insane they can become. But I would never, no matter what, tie them to something and have people stare at hem, maybe some with disgrace! Woman like this make a bad name for having a child on a leash, there are HUMAINE ways to have one.

Cool Post! Love it! I agree, I'm not so sure tying a kid to a pole is a very good idea. What would the neighbors say?
